About us It is ELBA's demand to produce high-standard construction machines for concrete. Machines that are in the lead with respect to quality, performance, and economic efficiency. For this, about 180 qualified staff members are doing their best. All component parts are developed, designed, and fabricated at Ettlingen, Germany. Furthermore, all machines and control systems are tested for correct functioning in ELBA's fabrication facilities before delivery. Pioneer engineering work is a tradition at ELBA's. Already in 1949, ELBA produced the world's first electrically driven scraper named "Ettlinger hand scraper". Other innovative products followed: the first fully mobile compact concrete production plant featuring a climbing mixer; the first fully-automatic radial scraper; the first computer-assisted sequence control system.
